Ketamine Infusions in Fairfax, VA

Mosaic Infusions & Wellness is a physician-assistant-led ketamine clinic in Fairfax — not a franchise, not a telehealth mill. Every infusion happens in a private room at our clinic near the Mosaic District, with a licensed clinical provider monitoring you from start to finish, at a flat price you'll know before you ever book.

Ketamine Treatment Is a Series — Choose a Clinic You Can Actually Get To

A standard initial course of ketamine therapy is 4–6 infusions over 2–3 weeks. That's four to six round trips, each ending with a session you can't drive home from — ketamine temporarily affects coordination and perception, so every visit requires a ride afterward from a family member, friend, or rideshare.

That logistical reality is why we tell prospective patients to weigh location as seriously as price and protocol. A clinic an hour away doesn't just cost you highway time — it makes it harder to complete the series on schedule, and consistency across the initial series is part of what drives results.

Our clinic sits near the Mosaic District in Fairfax, minutes from I-495 (Gallows Road exit) and I-66, with quick access from Routes 29 and 50. For most of Fairfax County, we're a 15–20 minute trip — close enough that a mid-week appointment fits around work.

What an Infusion Visit at Mosaic Looks Like

  1. Arrive and settle in. You'll check in and get comfortable in a private treatment room — this isn't an open infusion bay. Bring headphones and an eye mask if you like; many patients do.
  2. Your infusion, continuously monitored. Sessions run about 45–60 minutes. A licensed clinical provider monitors you throughout — blood pressure, heart rate, and oxygen saturation — and can adjust your dose in real time.
  3. Recover, then head home. Plan for 30–60 minutes of recovery at the clinic, then your ride home. We'll check in with you between sessions, and your patient portal lets you track mood and progress across the series.

Fairfax Patients Ask Us

Where exactly is the clinic, and is there parking?

We’re at 8324 Professional Hill Drive, Fairfax, VA 22031, in the Mosaic District area of Fairfax. Free parking is available on site, and the clinic is a short drive from I-495 (Gallows Road exit), I-66, and Routes 29 and 50.

Can I drive myself home after a ketamine infusion?

No. Ketamine temporarily affects coordination, reaction time, and perception, so you cannot drive for the rest of the day after an infusion. Most patients arrange a ride with a family member, friend, or rideshare. This is one reason choosing a clinic close to home matters — a standard course involves 4–6 visits over 2–3 weeks.

Do you offer a military or veteran discount?

Yes. Mosaic offers a discount for active-duty service members and veterans — a meaningful part of our Northern Virginia patient community. Call or text (703) 261-4493 for details.

Does insurance cover ketamine therapy in Virginia?

IV ketamine is prescribed off-label for mental health conditions, so most insurance plans do not cover it. Many patients use HSA or FSA funds, and we provide documentation to support claims. Our pricing is flat and transparent: $450 for an infusion with a provider visit, $400 for infusion-only sessions.

Which areas do you serve?

Most of our patients come from Fairfax, Vienna, Oakton, Annandale, Falls Church, Arlington, Alexandria, McLean, Reston, and Washington, DC. Free consultations can be done virtually, so you only travel for treatment itself.

How do I find out if I’m a candidate?

Start with a free consultation — by phone or video. We review your diagnosis history, current medications, and treatment goals, and give you an honest assessment. There is no obligation, and if ketamine isn’t right for you, we’ll tell you.
