Insurance
Most commercial insurance plans do not yet cover ketamine infusion therapy for mental health conditions. Coverage for pain conditions (CRPS, etc.) varies by plan.
We can provide an itemized superbill if your plan offers out-of-network mental health benefits; some patients receive partial reimbursement.
HSA & FSA
Ketamine infusion therapy is a qualified medical expense. Your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) funds can be used directly for your sessions.
This is often the most tax-advantaged way to cover treatment costs.
Superbills & Records
We provide itemized receipts and clinical documentation for every session. These can be submitted to your insurer or used for FSA/HSA reimbursement claims.

Is the initial consultation really free?
Yes, completely. Your first conversation with us is a no-obligation phone consultation. We'll review your situation, answer questions, and let you know if we think ketamine therapy is a good fit, before you pay anything.
Why is the first session $50 more?
The $450 rate covers an Infusion plus a dedicated provider visit: a clinical evaluation before your infusion and a check-in after. This is required for your first session and any time we're adjusting your dose or protocol. It's billed as a single flat rate with no separate provider charge.
Does insurance cover this?
Most plans don't cover ketamine infusions for mental health conditions yet. Coverage for pain-related indications (like CRPS) varies. We can provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement attempts, and HSA/FSA funds can always be used.
How many sessions will I need?
Most patients complete a full 6-infusion initial series. Some with more complex or long-standing conditions may benefit from additional sessions. After your initial course, booster sessions every few months help maintain results for many patients, typically at the $400 rate.
Can I pay with a credit card?
Yes. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, HSA cards, and FSA cards. Payment is collected at the time of service.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
